Just one from four for the model, and the call it got was QPR at home. Rumarn Burrell won it for them 2-1 against Cardiff with both goals — a close-range finish from Nicolas Madsen's corner in the 36th and a curled second in the 53rd after Ronnie Edwards sent him through — with Perry Ng's 25-yarder in the 75th making the finish anxious. Cardiff went home with a first defeat of the season.
The three misses started with Wrexham's first win of the season, 3-0 at Millwall, where the model had backed the hosts: Zak Sturge turned an Issa Kabore strike into his own net in the 28th, and Kieffer Moore and Jacques Ekomie added to it after the break, on a night Millwall lost two more players to injury. West Brom and Charlton drew 1-1 — Callum Styles' finish from a corner cancelled by Tyreece Campbell to keep Charlton's unbeaten start alive — and Burnley, whom the model did not fancy against Middlesbrough, drew 1-1, Aidan Morris's opener answered by Ugo Raghouber's first goal since joining the club.
