Three from eleven for the model, a rough League One Saturday, and its home pick at Leicester was among the worst of it: Leicester City 0, Oxford United 4. Mark Harris opened in the 8th, Mo Missanga added the second in the 57th, Harris his own second in the 60th and Jamie McDonnell the fourth in the 77th, with the pressure mounting on Leicester at home.
It was one of three away routs on a day the model kept backing the hosts. Stevenage won 5-1 at Barnsley — Barnsley ahead through Cameron McGeehan's penalty before Oliver Sanderson, a Daniel Kemp double, Terence Vancooten and Michael Mellon ran them over — and Stockport won 4-0 at Wigan, a Max Power error letting Kyle Wootton strike from 25 yards before Harry Wood, Jack Diamond and Ryan Glover piled on.
The model's correct calls were scattered through it: Sheffield Wednesday winning 2-1 at Peterborough United, a Josh Feeney own goal and Yan Valery's scrappy winner around Benjamin Woods's leveller; Reading beating Blackpool 3-1 through George Earthy, Kyreece Lisbie and Jacob Brown; and Bradford edging Mansfield 1-0 through Antoni Sarcevic. Elsewhere Plymouth won 3-2 at Doncaster to end their away wait, Will Evans, Aribim Pepple and substitute Caleb Watts doing the damage, and Wycombe and MK Dons shared six in a 3-3 draw, Wycombe two up before Aaron Collins, Callum Paterson and Curtis Nelson turned it and Jayden Wareham levelled.
The draws punished the rest of the home calls. Burton Albion drew 2-2 with Cambridge United, Curtis Tilt bundling in at the death after Gassan Ahadme's double; Huddersfield drew 1-1 with Notts County, Marcus Harness cancelled out by Oliver Cooper; and Luton drew 1-1 with Leyton Orient, Jamie Donley answered by Jaze Kabia.
