Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated 5 August 2026.
not4quarters is run by Realizer Labs LLC. Using the site, making a prediction, buying a pass, or posting a message means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. The service
not4quarters shows live scores, tables and fixtures for the competitions it covers, lets you predict fixture scores for free, and — for pass holders — computes model predictions, consensus odds and translated messaging. Scores and fixtures come from third-party data feeds; we don't control those feeds and can't guarantee they're always current, complete or error-free.
2. Accounts
You can use the site as a guest. Signing in with an email address or phone number ties your predictions and account to something that survives a new device. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email or phone; we sign in by sending a link or a code to it, not by password.
3. Predictions are not gambling
Calling a score is free, always, and settles against nothing but your own accuracy on a leaderboard. Nothing on this site is a bet, no money changes hands based on a result, and a "board" is a leaderboard among people who share a tag — not a pool, a stake or a wager.
4. Passes and payment
- A pass unlocks the models, consensus odds, upset tracking and translated messaging for the competitions and period it covers. It does not change what you can predict — that's free regardless. It is a licence to read, for one person: see what you may do with what you read here.
- Prices shown on the plans page are in US dollars. A pass runs for the period stated when you buy it and does not renew automatically unless the page says so at the time.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't see or store your card details.
- Because a pass grants immediate access to computed content, purchases are not refundable except where required by law.
- A promo code redeems for the specific pass it names, on the account you're signed into when you redeem it, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5. The models are our own opinion
Every model prediction, consensus figure and upset chance is our own computed estimate, published including where it's wrong — the track record shown on the models page is real, not selected. None of it is a guarantee, professional advice, or a claim that a result is more or less likely than the number implies. Don't treat it as anything other than what it says it is: one more opinion, arrived at honestly.
6. Feeds and tags
Messages you post are yours, and you're responsible for them. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or that impersonates someone else. We may remove a message or restrict an account that breaks this. A tag has no owner and isn't private — anyone can use one, and anyone can read what's posted under it.
Where a message is imported from a public source (for example X/Twitter posts about a competition), it's shown with the original author's handle and a link back to the original post — never presented as something we said.
7. What you may do with what you read here
A pass buys one person access to read. It does not buy the right to republish, redistribute, syndicate or resell any of it — and the part worth naming precisely is the part that is ours: the model predictions, consensus figures and upset numbers we compute, and the previews and reviews we write.
Quoting a line with attribution and a link back is fine, and always will be. What needs an agreement is anything at scale or in a product: republishing an article, feeding our numbers into something you publish or sell, putting them in front of your own audience, or passing them to a third party.
That agreement exists and is straightforward — see syndication and licensing, which sets out what is licensed, the competitions it covers, what we ask in return and what it costs. If what you want is not on that page, write to us and ask.
Two things we deliberately do not claim. Fixtures, live scores and results are not ours — they come from a third-party feed, we do not licence them on, and nothing here restricts you from getting them elsewhere. And your own predictions are yours: the scores you call, and your record, belong to you.
8. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service; don't attempt to access another person's account; don't use the site to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content. Automated collection of the model output or the articles is the same thing as republishing them, and is covered by the section above.
9. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Realizer Labs LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made on the strength of a prediction, a model prediction, or content posted by another user.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page is when it was last changed; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
11. Contact
