FK Dečić

The club
FK Dečić were founded in 1926 in Tuzi, a small town in south-eastern Montenegro close to the Albanian border, named after the Dečić hill that overlooks the town. Tuzi itself has a predominantly ethnic Albanian population, but the club competes in the Montenegrin league system under the Montenegrin Football Association, not any Albanian or Kosovan federation. The home ground is Stadion Tuško Polje, built in 2006, capacity 2,000. The manager for 2026-27 is Ivan Brnović, appointed in June 2026.
FK Dečić are not FK Zeta, the club from the neighbouring town of Golubovci in Zeta Municipality, against whom Dečić have a big local rivalry; the two are entirely separate organisations. They are also not to be confused with any club whose name is transliterated similarly in Serbian or Albanian reporting, and the name "Dečić" refers to the hill, not to a person.
