Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 August 2026.
not4quarters is run by Realizer Labs LLC. This policy covers the website at not4quarters.com and the not4quarters Android app, which are the same thing: the app opens this site, so everything below applies identically to both.
1. The short version
You can read the live scores, the wire, the tables and the fixtures without an account and without telling us anything. If you want a pass, a prediction record, or the emails, we need a way to identify you, and that is an email address or a mobile number. We do not sell anything about you to anybody, and we do not run advertising.
2. What we collect, and why
- An email address or a mobile number, if you sign in. It is how we recognise you on your next visit and how a pass follows you between the website and the app. Signing in is by a link or a code we send you; we never ask you for a password and never store one.
- What you have called — the predictions you make and the record that comes out of them. That is the point of the feature, and it is yours.
- Your settings: reading language, the competitions you follow, the tags you use to find other readers, and your email preferences.
- Usage measurement through Google Analytics: which pages are read, roughly where in the world from, and whether the visit came through the app or the website. It is how we know which competitions are worth the work.
- Ordinary server logs — the request, the time, and the IP address it came from — kept briefly to keep the service up and to stop abuse.
We do not ask for your name, your date of birth, your address, or your location. The app requests no device permissions: no contacts, no camera, no microphone, and no GPS.
3. Payment
Passes are bought on this website through Stripe, who process the payment and hold the card details. We never see your card number. We keep a record that a pass exists, when it started and when it ends, so we know what to unlock.
Nothing is ever bought inside the Android app. If you have a pass, signing in shows it there.
4. Who else sees any of it
Only the services that make the thing work, and only what they need:
- Google Cloud and Firebase — hosting and storage.
- Google Analytics — usage measurement.
- Stripe — payments.
- An email provider and an SMS provider — to send you a sign-in link or code, and the emails you asked for.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for anybody else. Football data — scores, fixtures, tables, odds — comes from our provider and is about matches, not about you.
5. What is stored on your device
A session cookie so you stay signed in, and a small amount of local storage for your settings. Nothing about you is kept on the phone beyond that, and clearing your browser data clears it.
6. How long we keep it
Your account and your prediction record for as long as you have an account. Server logs for a short period. Analytics according to Google's own retention, which is capped at fourteen months.
7. Your choices
- Read without signing in at all — most of the site is open.
- Turn off any email from the preferences on your account, or the unsubscribe link on any email we send.
- Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your account. We will, along with the record attached to it.
Write to not4quarters@realizerlabs.com and a person will answer.
8. Children
not4quarters is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will remove them.
9. Where your data is held
On Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. If you are reading from elsewhere, your information is transferred there.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be said plainly rather than slipped in.
