The club
Aldershot Town Football Club are a professional club from Aldershot, Hampshire, England, nicknamed the Shots, who play in the National League, the fifth tier. The club is not the original Aldershot F.C., the Football League side that folded in 1992; Aldershot Town was founded that year and began in the Isthmian League Division Three. They play at the Recreation Ground, known for sponsorship as the EBB Stadium, with a capacity of 7,100 of which 2,000 is seated. The home kit is predominantly red with blue and white trim.
